A little bit of Tiramisu made with Philadelphia brand Cheesecake flavored cream cheese, white and dark liquid chocolate and dusted with Kahlua-coffee powder and edible 24k gold dust is good for anybody and everybody!  This variation represents Chef Mongiello's unique and distinct manipulation of chemical properties, perceived traditional ingredients and modern, effective use of cost cutting methods for preparation for which he has been credited in pioneering.

Okay, due to popular request, we have placed the Volcano Shrimp Cocktail (available in Microsoft Word or Adobe .pdf right now) on the front page here!  Chef Marti uses blue, fish pond rocks, in a martini glass.  Water is poured on top of them and a glass ramekin filled with gourmet cocktail sauce is inserted atop that.  A decorative daikon radish dragon is seen leaping out of the cocktail sauce while dry ice begins it's eruption of steam all over the table.  It's a magical and amazing appetizer that has wowed top diplomats and spouses the world over!  Of course the goliath shrimp up on top help out also and a few chives with lemon zest are added for flavor and garnish.

And now for a Chinese favorite -- a tasty Jin-doi fried doughnut treat for dessert with mochi rice crackers.

and a "Key West" seasoned prime rib with crumbled Roquefort cheese on top.

Keeping to his boyhood traditions of an Italian-American upbringing, Executive Chef
Mongiello developed a Bracciol in Gnocchi with fresh, hand picked Arugula
and slices of Italian style Polenta and garden red sauce.
